The Anderson County Attorney’s Office is located in the Anderson County Courthouse in Garnett, Kansas, the county seat
of Anderson County, Kansas. Our office is responsible for prosecuting criminal, traffic and juvenile cases that arise in Anderson County, Kansas.
In addition to prosecuting these types of cases, the office is also responsible for Child in Need of Care cases, Involuntary Commitments, and prosecuting
county code violations.
It is the goal of this office to keep the community of Anderson County safe, and make sure Anderson County continues to be a great place to live and raise a family.
